Returns

We really hope you love your items but if for any reason you do need to return something you can do so as long as it is subject to the following conditions:

• You must return your items to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please check our Refund Policy

• All items must be in the original condition.

• All items must be clean with no marks or make up stains.

• Please ensure the items are carefully folded and returned in the original packaging.

• Please enclose the packing slip inside your parcel, stating the reason for return.

• Return your parcel to the Address on your packing slip.

Unfortunately customised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning any unwanted items so please ensure you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot be held liable for any parcel lost in transit. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It could take 7-14 days for your refund to reach your account.

Faulty returns

We aim to make sure your order is in perfect condition when it leaves us but in the unlikely event you receive your order and there is fault please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve this for you.
