Refund policy
- All items must be returned within 30 days in their original, unworn condition with tags and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- In the unlikely event the item is faulty, the customer MUST report it to us WITHIN 48 HOURS.
- Customised items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, L.O Clothing does not cover these costs.
- Original shipping costs which was paid by the customer at the time of ordering are not eligible for a refund. When the customer receives a refund it will be for the cost of the items only.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
